           I am assuming that you see a fast walking stylish woman who wears bright clothes (she is not afraid to be seen), holding a planner (you may think that she likes to plan and values her time. In the reality, it's her product, and she published it probably because she plans everything ahead). She SMILES, which makes you feel safe to say "Hi" and start the conversation.

           As you can see, my workbook/planner for women reflects who I am: I am well-organized, business oriented, I allow my face to be part of my company, and I always put myself out there (even when I am scared). I stand up for the empowerment of women, and it is perfectly reflected in my product. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           RULE N2 Discover who you are 1st so there is no misinterpretation between your product and the person who stands behind it. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Example of misinterpretation:
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           "I am vegetarian, but I have meat production caz it's profitable", I meaaaaan WHAAAAAAT!?

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           Rule N3 Define your core values and your brand's values/mission. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Don't just sell a product/ service - sell experience, happiness, and a solution. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Good example: GUL Planner made 700 women happier and more organized. 
          &#xD;

As you can see, my personal brand + GUL Planner + coaching sessions at which we use GUL Planner = a brand people LOVE and who believe in my purpose.

             Researchers find that people from all over of the world rate happiness more important than other desirable personal outcomes, such as obtaining wealth, living in a dream country, and finding the right person.
            &#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/b&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Psychologists began to study happiness only 25 years ago. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           There is nothing difficult as defining what happiness is. Can you see happiness? Can you touch it? Can you buy it? Well, depends on what happiness for you is! You can count money, but not happiness. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div data-rss-type="text"&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           To my mind, the happiest people are not those who experience blissful feelings, but those with the most stable positive outlook. Don't take me wrong, even the happiest people sometimes get discouraged, and the most unhappy have delightful moments. Happiness is a way of thinking, well, positive rather than negative. Happiness is about looking for the good and opportunities in a situation, rather than the bad.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           When I think about divorce or death, the feeling that I get is fear, then I ask myself, "Am I really scared?" Or is it society's fears? If you ask me... I am not afraid of divorce. Divorce might be the beginning of something new and can lead you to meet a great person. Death is the same for me. It's not the end. It is the beginning of true life. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;a&gt;&#xD;

           American psychologists Sonya Lubomirsky and Ken Sheldon summarized everything that is known to science in this regard and presented it in the form of a circle divided into three parts of different sizes. The largest part of the circle - half of it - is the influence of personality and genetics. Some people feel happy since childhood, no matter what happens to them, while others find it difficult to feel that they are doing well. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            ﻿
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Approximately fifty percent of happiness is due to our genes.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Why are some of us happier than others? About fifty percent (50%) of the answer lies in genetics. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;a&gt;&#xD;

           The smallest part of the circle - about 10% - lies in our life circumstances

      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            ﻿
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           including the place where we live, income level, quality of education, marital status, having or not having kids, belonging to a particular social circle, or not. Therefore, from the point of view of psychologists, it makes no sense to go somewhere in the pursuit of happiness. We tend to think: "Oh, I'll be happier when I achieve more positive things in my life. When I get a new job, or when I get a boyfriend when I get married when I have a baby when I make more money". But, the truth is, those things don't affect our happiness as much as we think they will. People often believe that happiness will be achieved once they reach a certain milestone, as I believed 5 years ago, such as finding the perfect partner, living in the country of my dreams, or landing a particular salary.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div data-rss-type="text"&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Celebrities on Being Rich
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           I am an evident example of a person who mistakenly believed that I will be happier if...
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
             "If" - is my least favorite word but... I was certain if I move to the USA if I have 3 diplomas if I speak several languages fluently if I have a decent partner and a solid income I will be happy. I have it all now, I have 3 diplomas a Bachelor degree in Teaching, a Master's Degree in Cultural Diplomacy, and a Postgraduate in International Relations, I speak 3 languages a day - Polish, English, and Russian, I obtained numerous certificates in coaching and TV presenting, I married reliable man, I live in the country of my childhood dreams the USA and I published a workbook that helps women to discover who they are on the deepest level.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Can you imagine how it feels?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            It feels FANTASTIC, but only for a while. Like a morning hot coffee with a foam feels GREAT when it's fresh, but after a couple of hours, the same coffee is not as delicious as it was in the early morning. This "coffee" is not the state of mind; it is only 10% that makes us feel better but not HAPPY. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;a&gt;&#xD;

            The remaining 40% of the circle is under our power to change.

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           It is how we work on ourselves: what goals we strive for, what people we surround ourselves with, what activities we choose, what diet we keep to, what kind of life we ​​live. Happiness depends on us much more than we used to think.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Happy people live with purpose. They work toward their goals and live life according to their values (discover your core values with GUL PLANNER, Step 10). A happy person is fine with the simple pleasures of life petting a dog, sitting under a tree, enjoying a cup of tea or lukewarm water in the morning (discover what makes you happy with GUL PLANNER, Step 3). Happy person is not obsessed with material goods or luxury vacations. Numerous studies prove that money does not make us happy. But why is this myth so popular? Let's be honest, money brings happiness, but not for a long period. Have you ever experienced unpacked goodies from desirable shopping for days or even weeks? I did. High five! We are on the same page! People for whom money is especially important - feel more unhappy than those who believe in the power of the universe. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;a&gt;&#xD;

            Practices compassion, gratitude, and self-care

            Enjoys healthy relationships - no drama
           &#xD;

            Is happy for other people and cheers them up

           Everyone has their own path to happiness
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           There is no universal key that will open the "happiness door". A happy person is distinguished from an unhappy person by his habits and life choices. The first step to happiness is to think of your intentions first when you wake up in the morning (instead of going over emails immediately) and to make a choice to be happy. Every day brings us new chances, new insights, new people, and new perceptions of happiness. I made a choice 5 years ago to be happy, and now I know that my happiness doesn't depend on my academic degrees, job title, and marital status. For me, happiness is the state of mind. Happiness for me is the state of my being. Happiness for me is ME. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           If you are trying to be happier, over time, not only you are going to feel happier, but you will receive all of the other gifts from the universe. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Isn't that what you want?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           We, women, are powerful, strong, inspiring, and we have a gift to connect with others through the spoken word in different ways. The goal of the speech may be to educate, entertain, or influence the listeners. I would love to share my experience of being a part of the women speakers training "Phenomenal Woman" by Sonia Maslovskaya, the aim of which was the confidence boost and communication skills improvement.

             If you are like me, continuously work on yourself, then my experience of the public speaking class will be useful for you.

&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;

           Pretty powerful, and rhetorical, huh?! I always say that you are the one who decides whether to be good or phenomenal (it applies to every area in your life). Let me introduce you to a woman who will change and improve your communications skills once and forever.

           UNDERSTAND YOUR EMOTIONS

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
                        
            Identify SPECIFIC emotions: know what emotions you want your audience to feel - compassion, sadness, hope. Express your emotions, and know what emotions to show. 
           
                      &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           Engage in an emotional connection! Call and response are crucial.
          
                    &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           Engage in all senses, sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste. 
          
                    &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           Identify emotions you need to succeed.
          
                    &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           Allow yourself to be inspired by your emotions. 
          
                    &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           build a strong connection
          
                    &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           Start with a question, story, quote, unique fact.

           Share something deeply personal.

           Don’t think about your responses. Listen to important verbal cues.

           Ask questions throughout the talk.

           Make the audience feel as if you are having a dialogue with them. 
          
                    &#xD;

           Write the affirmations down to your favorite journal, notes on your phone, or record your voice and listen to it before an important meeting or giving a speech.

           Reading reduces stress and helps you to forget about all the worries you may have in a certain period of your life. We live in uncertain times and snuggling up with a book instead of watching the news can help you to forget for a moment about COVID-19.

  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           Choose a book which most closely matches your needs at the present moment. Are you stressed? Read the books about emotional healing and self-help. Are you struggling with finding yourself? Read autobiography books of the people who inspire you. Reading inspiring autobiography books or stories about imaginary heroes can motivate you to become a better version of yourself and to achieve your goals faster.

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           Do you dream of starting your own business? Find entrepreneur books which will make it more clear for you on how to establish your company and to live life on your terms.

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           Listen to yourself, listen to your thoughts and notice what you noticing. You don’t have to ask people for books recommendations; you should listen to yourself because all of the answers you seek are within you. What is good for one is not always good for all.  
          
                    &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           I highly recommend you to highlight the most powerful and inspiring quotes in the book of your choice, the quotes you like the most will be your guide to life improvement. 
          
                    &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           Last but not least, the more knowledge you gain by reading, the more clarity you gain about your life. People who read books are nicer, more knowledgeable and more empathetic than the ones who don’t. The choice belongs to you.

             I am pretty sure that people who have clean homes – usually have an organized life. Have you ever been to the house of a successful person? It’s not messy and the things are in its place. You may say that successful people are rich and they can afford to hire a housekeeper, well, but what stops you from being a successful person and hiring a cleaning lady? Start from small things; create a habit of living in a clean and tidy home in the beginning and then consider an investment of hiring a housekeeper if cleaning doesn’t bring you joy. 
            
                        &#xD;

      &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
                          
             Your home is a place where you forget about chaos outside. 
            
                        &#xD;

      &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
                          
             But if you come back from chaos to “chaos” (your home) you have chaos at your head. Does it make sense to you?

            Being 100% honest with you I didn’t believe in the power of meditation till the moment meditation became part of my life. The first meditations felt very strange and unusual – like I was out of normal life like it wasn’t me at all. Afterwards, I’ve noticed that meditation is effective for me at reducing the stress of everyday life. If you want to reduce stress levels, meditation may be the answer.

           The same story is about yoga practice, I didn’t believe in the power of yoga and Bodypump™ classes seemed to be more interesting.

           Yoga usually involves paying attention to your breath, which can help you relax. Lastly, I practice yoga at home with my favourite Boho Beautiful Youtube Channel– try the classes with her – you won’t regret and your body will say “thank you” to you in a form of stressing less and being more relaxed. Besides, on the channel, you can find healthy vegan meal preparation, mat-based pilates or fitness workout, and  Boho diaries about two yogis wandering the earth together. I love looking at these guys; they are a couple who travel together, work together and look for the meaning of life TOGETHER.

           There are lots of benefits of stretching – it can not only help increase your flexibility, but it is great for stress relief. When we are stressed – our muscles are tightening up and your goal should be to focus on mindfulness and to enjoy the process. 5-15 minutes of stretching a day, can help increase your flexibility, which is crucial for your overall health. I like to stretch after the workout, I believe that it shortens my recovery time and it reduces muscle soreness.

A life coach can help you to get over your challenges, to formulate an action plan and to make a significant change in your life (if you are ready for it)! From my experience, the majority of people want money and success but they are not ready for it. So, it’s a good question to ask yourself whether you feel that the moment is NOW or you need more time to get ready and to be more crystal clear on what you really want for yourself.

Btw staying at home – you contribute to our world A LOT because you can be infected or/and spread the virus. Staying at home – you save your life and lives of other people. Many of us know it – not all of us do it.

            Remember one thing from the person who has sessions with the therapist every Friday for 3 years already - therapy is about growth and creating opportunities for positive change. So give yourself this gift!

  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;

            Therapy is not ONLY for problem-solving, overcoming anxiety and depression, but it's also a way to build relationships with yourself and to welcome emotional wellness into your life. You don't have to “be crazy” to benefit from therapy. Find a professional who will help you to get feedback on whatever you’re feeling and saying and again, do not ask everyone around you to find a therapist for you – do it yourself! I will repeat what I’ve mentioned before - what is good for one is not always good for all.

            People who know me in real life say that I love to overthink and to find a sense in everything. Well, good that they noticed that and said it to me, but it actually doesn’t affect my life and I accept myself unconditionally: I prefer people who think than who don’t think and don’t care at all. Last two weeks, I was analyzing why the virus causes a global pandemic, why now, why people are isolated at their homes, why people forgot how is it to stay at one place for so many hours a day with the family members? Then I’ve realized that the quarantine can actually help all of us to set the priorities in life (or to reset the old ones).

My life priorities are the balance between my family life and career, but unfortunately, before the quarantine, I preferred to work longer hours than to spend those hours with my husband or friends. Life priorities are like GPS to keep you on course. Let me be honest with you, I didn’t stay the course…I failed… and I neglected the most important things in life: love, quality time with people I love and my health, what about you?

             Unfortunately, nowadays, we are usually ready to sacrifice our health to achieve greater results at work, take care of the closest family-members and pay bills, which won’t be paid itself. It’s so difficult to refuse from the new tempting projects, cause “we’ve learnt how to use all the given chances and opportunities”. However, if we could stop for a moment and dive deeper into our consciousness, would we act in the same way?

             Society has always put pressure on our daily choices starting from shopping and TV programmes, and ending with global options: what profession to develop in, which university to enter and how to bring the children up. In this constant flow of possible opportunities, it is vital not to forget about our wishes and aspirations.

             I always take good care of my body, mind and soul. At least I try! When we’re taking care of our bodies, we’re automatically taking care of our mind and soul! Our whole organism is ideally connected, which means that once a trifle is emaciated, the effect will not take long. Respectively, we are supposed to do our best to prevent exhaustion and discouragement. On an everyday basis, our habits rule our behaviour. There must be streamlined daily actions, for which you do not need deep concentration and dedication.

           Reading is a priceless activity, it has been observed that the habit of reading has declined because of the growth of technology. However, what most people don’t know is there is so much to benefit from reading, like stress relief, memory&amp;amp;imagination improvement, vocabulary building, communication skills improvement and many others.

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;

I was born in Ukraine, but since I was a kid, I didn’t like the Ukrainian mentality, I didn’t understand what am I doing at that place and who are the people I surrounded myself with.

              At the age of 21, I changed my life and immigrated to Poland to get my Master’s degree in International Relations and Cultural Diplomacy. How I made it?

           I planned it,

            visualized my life in an unknown country and saved money, which I earned myself.

  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           I had a hope and desire of finding peace, harmony, freedom and my life mission in the unknown land. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find inner peace. In Poland, I’ve realized what “discrimination against foreigners” really means (not from the books). On my worst days, I didn’t want to get out from home and sometimes I didn’t even want to get out of bed. What for? To try hard and to fail again and again? Thank you. Tired. Nevertheless, I’m very grateful to that country and its citizens, who made me wiser and stronger. Besides that, I got my postgraduate degree in International Organizations in the capital of Poland. Even more important - I got married a polish man. Who could think and plan it? Love should never be something you plan. I highly recommend you to go to the multicultural city if you don’t want to stuck out like a sore thumb.

            Looking the same direction is important when you immigrate to the unknown world with your partner

           It gives a common view and a common goal to a couple; otherwise, you are in a high risk of having depression, money losses or even worse - divorce.

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           When my husband and I moved from Poland to the US in 2018, we were not looking in the same direction. I wanted to stay with my beloved in the USA and to start life from scratch and my husband wanted to come back to our daily polish routine: doing business, having business trips and “enjoying our comfort zone” at our beautiful loft apartment not far from the Wawel Castle in Krakow.

           It was a hard time for me: to inspire my spouse to give us a chance of new life in the city of angels (believe me or not, but you must be a good leader and equal partner in marriage to do so). Fortunately for me, for us and for women, whom I coach, my husband and I established a start-up company that empowers women to create the lives of their dreams through personal development, business-building, self-perfection and organizational skills improvement.

           One of the most typical issues for an immigrant is a visa. There are plenty of programmes and specialities both for young professionals and experienced masters. Get rid of stereotypes and dismay! Studying in a foreign university of your dream isn’t it the easiest way to move, but worth it. Remember that it is never too late for improving yourself. Another opportunity to get a visa is a job offer. Keep in mind that an employer has to be ready to provide you with all the necessary papers as well as additional expenses. Working in an international company means a lot for potential immigrants: you never know who can offer a beneficial position. Also, global corporations represent an enormous plus to CV and language development.

Love can be found in the most unexpected places, but it is important to think whether the move worth it as well as whether the feelings are real and pretending to be long-lasting.

             Visa for a Spouse or Fiance(e) of a U.S. citizen. I am against this option if it is not real love and just for the papers. I know some women for whom love is equivalent to the Green Card and money on the bank account. I try to avoid such women and I highly recommend you to do the same, because it calls – degradation.

        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
                          
             If you are an extraordinary person, who demonstrates extraordinary ability in arts, sport, business, education, or the sciences, you can apply for an O1 visa.

           For sure, we all want to move to a developed country, which guarantees us security, social benefits and an acceptable level of taxes. First of all, one should pay attention to the proposals of the countries where there are special programs for immigrants. The countries, which represent the highest level of education, medicine, transport and social security, are the USA, Canada, Great Britain, Austria and Switzerland. If you want to move to one of these countries, you would definitely need to have some money with you at least for the first 3-6 months. Acknowledge that the countries, which represent a high level of life have high living standards, so make sure you can afford immigration there. Get ready to hustle, I mean truly to hustle putting aside the laziness and your higher degree from the University.

           My husband and I rented the room from one lonely lady in the Palm Springs area.

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           On the second month of our rent, she made me an offer in the form of a letter that I can stay at her house for free as long as I want, if I’ll divorce my husband.
          
                    &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           Obviously, I did not agree and two days later, she asked us to leave her house! It was not a kind request like: "Would you be so kind to leave my house?" Oh no, it was a scandal! 
          
                    &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           We really did not know what to do and we did not understand what is going on. Starbucks was the safest place for us that day. You know that it’s impossible to find a new place in 5 minutes. That day, I’ve realized that we have something that you cannot buy anywhere – we have each other and faith in our American Dream! 
          
                    &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
                        
            The American dream is not for everyone,
           
                      &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           A lot of people are happy in Europe, Asia and Africa. Personally, for me, Europe is too small, and when I said it to Europeans, almost everyone said that I’m crazy. It was one of the reasons why I changed my life and environment around me since June 2018. My eyes are shining when I spend time with people who’re positive, ambitious and inspiring. Luckily for me, there are a lot of extraordinary, well-educated and ambitious people in Los Angeles. Frankly speaking, I do not know what can be better in human relations, than learning from each other and growing together?!
          
                    &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;

           No matter what country you’ll move to, remember that tough times happen to all of us. No matter how strong or powerful or confident you are. Besides that, I’ve learnt that it doesn’t really matter what happens in your life - you have to live your values, believe in yourself and never give up on your dreams! As American lawyer and politician Brad Henry said:

           And many other interesting abbreviations for GUL like “Goals Unite die Leute (die Leute from German: people). This particular example made me wonder if the goals unite people, while very often, problems, challenges and troubles unite people. Didn’t you notice that?
          
                    &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           The vivid example of it is the annexation of Crimea and the war between Russia and Ukraine. Ukrainian people became united and patriotic, because of the war, not because of the achievement of independence in 1991.
          
                    &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div data-rss-type="text"&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           How Ukrainians Show the Patriotism? 
          
                    &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;a&gt;&#xD;

           The list is long and I can go on, but I’m still wondering, where was the patriotism after the collapse of the Soviet Union? Why something terrible like war must happen to unite people? Why sustainable development goals do not work this way?
          
                    &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           This issue occurs not only Ukraine – for instance, in the US patriotism and sense of unity strengthened after September 11th. That’s a universal problem that problems unite us and common goals divide us.
          
                    &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div data-rss-type="text"&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           I’ve realized why I liked “Goals Unite die Leute” abbreviation so much:
          
                    &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           all starts with the right mindset: 
          
                    &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
                        
            goals 
           
                      &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
                        
            should 
           
                      &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;

            unify people!

      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           I encourage you to start today and to read more about Sustainable Development Goals at the official United Nations website and to think about how you can contribute to a meaningful change.

           In the American Journal of Psychology it is defined in this way: "A habit, from the standpoint of psychology, is a more or less fixed way of thinking, willing, or feeling acquired through previous repetition of a mental experience." Habits are routines of behavior that are repeated regularly and tend to occur subconsciously. Believe me or not, but how happy, successful and fulfilled you are in your life is the result of your habits.

           What is a Habit Tracker?
          
                    &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           Habit tracker is a tool, which helps you to measure whether you did a habit or not. The trackers help you to be more mindful of your habits.  
          
                    &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           What can you track with the trackers, which I prepared for you?
          
                    &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           For the beginning, you need 6 trackers: habit tracker&amp;amp;progress tracker will help you to adopt new habits and boost your productivity. Four other trackers are: food tracker, water tracker, sleep tracker and workout tracker will help you to have a clear and healthy mind. Do you know what “Mens sana in corpore sano” means? Mens sana in corpore sano is a Latin phrase, which means that a healthy mind is in a healthy body. 
          
                    &#xD;

  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           Do you want to have a healthy body and a clear mind? Do you want to stay on track with your goals? If your answer is YES, then download the trackers and find ways to motivate yourself and take the necessary actions to achieve your goals.

           Don’t think about a habit as it’s an obligation. Change the focus from “obligation” to “experiment”. Remember, no rules, no obligations, repeat to yourself: “It’s just an experiment, it’s just one month”.

           Try to explain to your brain that it’s only for now (let’s say that you want to quit drinking coffee, believe me, or not, but you will think about coffee all the time. I’m sure that you don’t want “coffee” to rule your life, that’s why I encourage you to say to yourself: “It’s just one day without coffee”, another day, repeat the same and you will see that it’s not that bad without coffee (coffee is just an example).

           Analyze how you can make it easier to implement a new habit to your life. For example, read about the benefits of life without coffee.

  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;

           Surround yourself with people who lift you higher, respect you and your life choices. Again, let’s say that you want to quit drinking coffee and your partner/friends don’t quit this habit (remember, that’s totally fine, you don’t have to avoid them and don’t push on them to quit drinking coffee with you, respect other people’s life choices, be an example and inspire them to quit drinking coffee if you want best for people you love). Just tell to your partner/friends about your new habits and ask politely not to invite you for coffee, but instead, let them invite you for a cup of delicious tea or whatever you like; there’re so many options nowadays, but please, avoid drinking sugary drinks (it doesn’t worth it).

  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;

             Remember the one thing, your work on the habit does not begin when you track the progress, your work on the habit begins when you realize that you want to do it and when you start a research (reading a blog is the first step towards the realization of your big goal), which means that you’re on the right direction towards your goal realization. 
            
                        &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

              I won’t be tired to repeat hundred of thousands of time that planning is the most important stage in working on a habit.

      &lt;div&gt;&#xD;

              First of all, plan the day when will you print your trackers and set up the day for a new chapter in your life.
             
                          &#xD;
          &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
            
                            
              Tracking the habits is so easy because all you have to do is to add your habit and start crossing off the days, placing an X on each day or something more design-oriented. Do whatever feels good to you, there’re no exact rules, you’re the one who sets the rules for yourself about how you use your trackers and live your life. 
             
                          &#xD;
          &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
                          
              
            
                        &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
                          
             I recommend you to sit down at the end of the day with a cup of your favourite tea or water with a lemon slice and fill in the boxes for the habits you did or you didn’t, it will take you only 5 minutes of your time. Do 5 minutes worth to be closer to your goals? 5 minutes – big goal; 5 minutes – big goal and one more time 5 minutes of your time daily and boooooom - the realization of your life goals! I think that it worth it, but not every one thinks this way, that’s why not everyone feels fulfilled in life.

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

For sure, computer programmers and engineers would answer Massachusetts Institute of Technology or California Institute of Technology, economists and businessmen would name Stanford University, and Harvard University would without any doubts come to politician`s mind, as the latest can be proud of eight US presidents. One of the reasons for such excellent results of the students is brain drain. The term is used to mark the immigration process of the most outstanding and desirable scientists and professionals.

The moment you stop, your colleague uses in a way to accomplish the task and succeed. Nobody gets time to computer-face and waste time. The best example of work-competition can be seen on the Wall Street, where white-collar workers labour at stock exchanges. The work with information means per-second following the trends of stock prices and quick reaction. Professionals measure their results as a percentage, because their income is about millions and millions of dollars. The impact on the US economy is obvious.

Export products are often optimized for sale internally. The US export wares are considered to be in high demand because of supreme quality, trust, large selection, profitability as well as stable economy in the country. It is crucial to note that the US is the best in arms exports among the ninety nations, having the most powerful military in the world in the same time.

Artists of different genres have the freedom of opinion and expression. Earthquakes are usually caused when rock underground suddenly breaks along a fault. This sudden release of energy causes the unstable waves that make the ground shake. If you believe that there’s no coincidence with God, you know that nothing happens suddenly.

          Let’s come back
for a moment to the holiday of the 4th of July, also known as Independence Day
or July 4th. It has been a federal holiday in the United States since 1941, but
the tradition of Independence Day celebrations go back to the American
Revolution.
According to
historical records, on the 1st continental congress in 1774, before the opening
weeks of the Congress, the delegates spoke to God - studying the Chapters of
Bible and praying together. On July 2nd, 1776, the Continental
Congress voted in favour of independence, and two days later, delegates from
the 13 colonies adopted the Declaration of Independence, a historic document
drafted by Thomas Jefferson. 
From 1776 to the present day, July 4th has been celebrated as the birth
of American Independence.

&lt;div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;a&gt;&#xD;

          Don’t you find an earthquake as a symbolic gesture on the Independence Day of America? Don’t you think that it’s an evident sign that
we’re doing something wrong on this Earth?  Don’t you think that we
take our Independence for granted along with the peaceful sky above?
         
                  &#xD;
  &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
&lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
    
                    
          The sceptics may say that Californians live in constant awareness of the possibility of an earthquake, but my blog is for broad-minded people, who’re able to think “outside the box”.
         
                  &#xD;
  &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
&lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
    
                    
          The latest earthquake was
on Friday, the 5th of July and it was five times bigger and 11 times
stronger than Thursday's (4th of July) 6.4 -magnitude earthquake.
The 7.1-magnitude
earthquake that rattled Southern California on Friday came one day after the
strongest recorded quake there in 20 years had struck, which was on January 17,
1994 in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles. The earthquake killed
more than 60 people, injuring more than 9,000, and causing widespread damage.
Thousands of buildings were either destroyed outright, or declared unsafe to

         Let’s analyze what happens to your body when you
feel stressed
        
                &#xD;
&lt;/h2&gt;&#xD;
&lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
    
                    
          When your body is subjected to stress, it goes
into fight-or-flight mode. Stress hormones flood your body and speed up your
heart rate, blood pressure, and your breathing. When you’re having severe anxiety,
it causes physical symptoms: like twitching, or shaking.
         
                  &#xD;
  &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
&lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
    
                    
          Believe me or not, but stress and an earthquake
are interrelated between each other! Let me show you how: stress is your body’s way of responding to any
kind of demand or threat, the stress response is the body’s way of
protecting you. 
When working properly, it helps you stay focused
and energetic. In emergency situations, stress can save your life — giving you
extra strength to protect yourself and makes you to rethink things in your life.

  &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
&lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
    
                    
          Earthquake considered as an emergency situation
and there is no coincidence that it happened to us right now, in 2019 and in
the USA. Working properly will help us to rethink life
priorities, behaviour, the nation's relationship with other nations and
relationship with God. If the US will do it, the rest of the world will follow (read about "Why America is Great Again and Again").

&lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
&lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

          Earthquake is not the best and not the most
pleasant experience in the world, but this way Mother Nature and God speak to
us. When a country stands back to God, God stands back from that country. When
God drifts apart from the country, His blessings also disappear. God has spoken
to us, humans through the earthquake (4th and 5th of
July, 2019).

&lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
&lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
    
                    
          Isn’t it an amazing thing that the living God wants to speak to us? Doesn’t that absolutely blow your mind that God STILL wants to speak to us, humans who destroy almost everything in this world: the faith, the moral values, grace... Respond to the Holy Spirit. Go outside. Fellowship with others. God is ready and willing to speak to us after all we’ve done to the Mother Nature. We just need to be listening!

         What is marriage?

          Marriage is an institution of two, who’re sharing the same values and looking in the same direction in life. Marriage is the process by which two people make their relationship official. Marriage means that this is forever. The institution of two lasts until death and the process of forever doesn’t mean the death of the relationship (divorce). You’re a team of two in grief and joy, in wealth and poverty. When both members are ready to expand their institution, they plan parenthood.

&lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;b&gt;&#xD;

  &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
    
                    
          Two people are responsible for the decisions and actions in the institution the name of which is a family.

  &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div&gt;&#xD;

          As a Professional Planner, I must admit that it’s impossible to plan everything. Personally, I didn’t plan to get married until my 30’s, but love should never be something you plan. Preparing for a baby is something different than preparing for finding the love of your life. Preparing for a baby together is a MUST because you’re giving life to a newborn human infant, who will contribute or destroy the world one day.

         Marriage

          When partners in a marriage value equality, they would never “fight for territory”, because they see each other as equals and each values the other’s life. Let me explain: that’s unfair that women do household tasks and childcare, only because IT’S THEIR ROLE. Who said so and when? We should treat each other with respect, consider each other’s needs and support one another. Let’s look at an example of Prime Minister of New Zealand, Jacinda Ardern, who became a mom in 2018. Her partner put his work on hold to look after the daughter, while she’s busy as Prime Minister of New Zealand. Their example shows us that there’s nothing like gender roles because in marriage it’s all about making decisions as a married couple and prioritizing the tasks together.
         
                  &#xD;
  &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
&lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
    
                    
          Let me show you another example, which comes to my mind when I think about inequality. This situation happened to me a year ago. I used to go for a manicure to one girl, who worked from home. Once, I was her last client and she said to me the following: “I work from 9 AM till 9 PM and afterward I make dinner for my partner. I’m so exhausted, can someone do it instead of me?” she sighed. I told her that this “someone” is her partner, who has hands and can make dinner instead of her. To what she said that her partner works the whole day and she’s the one who’s at home. If you only saw me and my reaction to that! Does it sound unfair only to me? I’m so sorry, but what’s she doing?
         
                  &#xD;
  &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
&lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
    
                    
          To make the long story short, if you’re a woman - it doesn’t mean that you’re responsible for cooking; you can always ask your partner for help or order food online. Secondly, if you work from home it doesn’t mean that the partner who’s coming back home from the office is more tired or more important than you. Last but not least, do not depreciate yourself and don’t do something you don’t want to. Next time, if you don’t want, let’s say, to make dinner (even if you divided the responsibilities and cooking is your duty; it’s nothing wrong with asking your partner for help. The one, who loves, will never be angry with you. Likewise, he/she will be grateful for your trust and honesty).
         
                  &#xD;
  &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
&lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
    
                    
          Remember the one thing, it doesn’t matter if you’re a Prime Minister or a manicurist - don’t make the decisions based on society and parents expectations and don’t do something you don’t want to do.

  &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;a&gt;&#xD;

          Marriage means that you’re
united and there’s no such power, which can influence the unity between you
both. That’s
your family and you both, as the equal partners, decide by your own what’re
your roles in the family.
Once you have
agreed about what decisions you want to make together, talk about how the two
of you will handle making the decisions together.

          Recommendation: set the meeting with your partner and discuss the responsibilities of your family. Set a one on one meeting at least once a month and discuss progress with each other.

&lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
    
                    
          Remember, there’s no reason for conflict! Communication is a very important tool for a healthy marriage and partners must talk to each other and discuss their life together.

          Gender, according to the American Psychological Association, reflects
the attitudes, feelings, and behaviours that a given culture associates with
biological sex. The term "gender identity" is often conflated with
sexual identity, but "gender" refers to whether a person is typically
masculine and/or feminine as defined by their local culture. When we socialize men to
not show sadness and fear, to be tough, strong and violent and when we
socialize women to be emotional and orientated towards others, we contribute to
a culture that leaves both men and women at a disadvantage.
         &#xD;
  &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
&lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Men don’t have to be violent only because they’re physically stronger by nature, and women, don’t have to be the victims of violence simply because they’re physically weaker. Women were not born to suffer and men were not born for making harm to other women and men. Women and men were created to contribute to the world together, owing the nature differences, which is significant in achievement of Sustainable Development Goals. We should treat everyone the same and remember that it’s only genetic predispositions that produce individual differences. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Our differences have nothing in common with having the equal rights and access to the same opportunities
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;a&gt;&#xD;

something we demand for, rather it is something we must work for, if we want to
have it. Equality is not a result of our existence, equality lies in how we

           Is it possible for women to be equal with men?

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           A man through hard exercise can become equal or ‘more equal’ to someone who was naturally stronger than him. Man can be equal to other man or even better than him. It doesn’t mean that women can’t be intelligent and successful as men; it means that women can’t be physically the same as men by nature. Do women and men have equal rights? Absolutely yes! The problem is that people usually misunderstand the term and meaning of “Gender Equality”. Remember, it’s not about being THE SAME it’s about having the same rights and opportunities. For instance, in 2019, Belgium, Denmark, France, Latvia, Luxembourg and Sweden – scored 100 on the index, which means that women have equal rights in the 35 measured areas.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
&lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
    
          Is it possible to have the same rights and access to the same

           - Yes! 
          &#xD;

           Is it possible to be the same?

           The answer is – no!

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

  &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
    
          Making long story short, inequality between the genders doesn’t just
affect individuals – it affects everyone and every aspect of life! The first step
towards gender equality is to remember that gender equality is NOT about being
the same; it’s about having equal rights and the same opportunities.

          1)  
Write down
what does the gender equality means for you, keep the definition of the gender
equality, which you wrote in your mind and come back to it when someone wants
to violate your rights and boundaries.
         &#xD;
  &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
&lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
    
          2)  
Write down
the responsibilities in your family, find a gap and divide equally the
opportunities in your institution, the name of which is “Family”.
         &#xD;
  &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
&lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
    
          3)  
Does your
partner say what you MUST do only because you’re a man or a woman?
Example:
“Clean the
dishes; it’s not man’s work” 
“Why don’t
you keep your word, aren’t you a man?”
         &#xD;
  &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
&lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
    
          If your answer is “yes” – set the boundaries in the relationships and divide the responsibilities (step 2) no matter what your gender is. If your answer is “no” – congratulations! You set and keep the healthy boundaries in your relationships and you don’t allow anyone to tell you what to do emphasising inappropriate attention to your gender role in life.
         &#xD;
  &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
&lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
    
          4)  
If you’re a
woman, ask yourself “Do I make less money than my male colleague?”
If you
answer is “yes” just go and ask for promotion, if you answer is “no” - congratulations
girl, you know your rights and you don’t remain the silent.
         &#xD;
  &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
&lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
    
          5)   
Work
together. Girls know best what their challenges are in education
and it is imperative to involve them in the discussions to address the gap, but
it’s impossible to achieve equality hating and blaming the opposite gender.
         &#xD;
  &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
&lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
    
          If we want to be treated equally in social, economic and all other aspects of society we should unite together, women and men.
         &#xD;
  &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;a&gt;&#xD;
